Services at HN Workplace Investigations
Customized Investigations
Each HN Workplace Investigation is tailored to meet the needs of clients, deliver credible and reliable findings of fact, and assist in resolving disputes on a going-forward basis. Its unique approach focuses on building rapport and trust with investigation participants so that parties buy into the process.
With in-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, human rights protections, and accommodations, HN Workplace Investigations will recommend an appropriate investigative scope and procedure to be followed to meet the personalized needs of each organization. Our expertise in workplace conflict, both from the perspective of employers and employees, and the law, offers the tools necessary to design an investigative approach that quickly cuts to the core of workplace issues.
Restoration
Once the source of conflict or workplace issue becomes known, HN Workplace Investigations can design a restorative framework for organizations to move forward and reinstate harmony. When conflicts are left to fester, not only can the emotional toll on individuals and teams be great, but the impact on organizations can also be devastating (i.e., increased absenteeism, diminished productivity, poor morale, high turnover, legal liability, and increased tension/conflict between staff).
Our workplace restoration services offer a distinctive and dependable way to address disputes in a constructive and inclusive way. Our solutions will facilitate movement towards a more healthy and dynamic workplace culture.
Workplace Assessments
The source of workplace discord is not always clear. Workplace assessments may be helpful to ascertain the reasons for tension in order for them to be addressed. Our personalized workplace assessments are designed to examine all facets of issues brought forward and provide appropriate recommendations for how they may be addressed.
Training
Training in workplace conflict resolution, harassment, anti-bullying techniques, and respectful workplaces have the capacity to prevent disputes among employees without resorting to a full-blown investigation. HN Workplace Investigations works with organizations to identify an appropriate training program to maintain a healthy environment for all to thrive.
